• Pre-owned items may have damage that is not fully captured in images or mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or size discrepancies, so please understand. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement (mechanical parts).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products without any warranty.
