• Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free adjustment only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
