  • Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.

  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

About Watch Warranty

＜Warranty Details＞

  • We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to a fee even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
