• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims related to scratches caused by the adjustment or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, these services are not covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; therefore, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and damage or failure of external parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
