• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical movement part only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather bands are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
