[Watch warranty]

  • We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
  • Antique and vintage watches may use alternative parts instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • "After the warranty period, repairs will be available for a fee."
  • The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and for use within Japan.
  • "After purchase, when you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty."
