[Watch Warranty]

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable parts or materials are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, earth changes, etc.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
