  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies, so please be aware. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we process it to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
● The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the dial on the case, glass, or bracelet.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For products with a 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
