• Antique and vintage items are products where you can appreciate the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• Items that are difficult to repair may be eligible for a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.

• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
