Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or indentations from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.

Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer usage or drops.
When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be provided.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
