About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to a charge even during the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the dial, case, glass, or bracelet.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

  • 1-month warranty items are not eligible for repair and will be handled by return and refund.

  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
