[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery to and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumables or expendable parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranty products, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
