• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner's details) is present on the guarantee card, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details:

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products:

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; a return and refund will be processed instead.
• The warranty does not cover accuracy, or defects or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.

Products Not Covered by Warranty:
