• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop press marks or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about such details, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that requires replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, so it will be handled as a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
