• Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal only" service. Please note that we cannot accept claims for scratches resulting from adjustments or for incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance, such services are not covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
