• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes resulting from adjustments. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be offered.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
