【Watch Warranty】

<Warranty Coverage>

  • We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural defects) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.
●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the product.
  • When consumable parts or materials are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
