• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
