• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from placing an order.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.
• If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural defects) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, and will instead be handled with returns/refunds.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
