• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about such details, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty details

• We will repair or adjust any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement.
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components that require replacement.

Eligible products for warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
