• Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's details), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be provided, a return and refund will be offered.
• The warranty does not cover accuracy or failures/damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
