【About Watch Warranty】

<Warranty Coverage>

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.
●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage due to customer's incorrect usage or dropping of the item.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on cases, glass, and bracelets, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul (disassembly and cleaning) performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, it will be handled as a return and refund.
  • Accuracy, as well as malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
