  • Even with new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Used items may have damage not visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

[Watch Warranty Information]

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • Products that are difficult to repair may be eligible for a refund.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

  • Breakdowns or damage due to incorrect usage by the customer or dropping the item.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranty items, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
