• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather bands are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
• The warranty does not cover accuracy or malfunctions/damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
