• Even for new and unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather bands are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Warranty Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty products, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
