• Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations orクセ may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is available as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
