To customers ordering watches:

Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About watch warranty:

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

●The following cases will be subject to a charge even within the warranty period:

Breakdown or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
