• Even if a product is new and unused, leather and synthetic leather products may develop impressions or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not described. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty details:

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
• Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
• Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

Eligible warranty products:

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and defects or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.

Non-warranty products:

• Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
