• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or defects to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
