• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or discrepancies in size. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
