• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
