• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or discrepancies in size. We also cannot accommodate requests for adding links or punching holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (of the previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, it will not be covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use or dropping by the customer.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and damage or failure of exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
