• Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description, so if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
