  • Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
  • If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it has been processed to be illegible.

【Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Details＞

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
● The following cases will incur a charge even during the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect usage or dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches and wear on the case, glass, and bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed outside of our store.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

Limited to products with a warranty (*Please refer to the product details tab for more information)
● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will result in a return/refund.
  • Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
