  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, which will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping of the item.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy, and defects or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
