＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damages to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
