• Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be illegible.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
