• Pre-owned items may have damage not visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies, so please understand. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we process it to make it unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdown) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty only covers the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
