【About Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
  • The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside of our warranty coverage.
●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping, etc.
  • When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in external appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed elsewhere than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
