• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be rendered illegible.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather straps are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Malfunctions or damage to external parts such as accuracy, case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
