• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather straps are not covered by the warranty.
• Items that are difficult to repair may be subject to a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components that requires replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy, and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
