Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will result in a return and refund.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
