• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes that occur with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage:

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts and components requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.

Covered Products:

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
