  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches from adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • If a manufacturer recommends replacing external parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
