• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims related to scratches from adjustments or incorrect sizing, so please understand. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come without any warranty.
