[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Breakdowns or damages caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdowns and damages caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Breakdowns or damages caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and failures or damages to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
