[About watch warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
