  • Even if products are new and unused, leather or synthetic leather items may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Regarding Watch Warranty:

Warranty Details:

  • Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these are not covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or seismic events.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
