【About watch warranty】

＜Warranty Details＞

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend exterior part replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Damage to consumable parts and components requiring replacement.
  • Scratches, wear, discoloration of the dial, and other cosmetic changes that occur during use to the case, glass, or bracelet.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

●Warranty period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, and exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
