About Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique or vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for malfunctions or damage.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
